Instructions

  4. Roast in Oven

  5. Rest the Meat

    • Place roasting pan on stovetop over medium heat.
    • Add beef broth and scrape up browned bits.
    • Simmer 2–3 minutes to make a simple gravy.
  7. Serve
    • Slice roast beef against the grain.
    • Serve with pan sauce and roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
