Scallops, Lobster, Garlic Butter

Here’s a delicious Seafood Garlic Butter Dish featuring Scallops and Lobster 🦞🥘:


Ingredients

  • 200 g scallops (cleaned)
  • 200 g lobster tail or lobster meat
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster
    • If using lobster tail, boil or steam for 5–7 minutes until cooked. Remove meat from shell and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sear the Scallops
    • Pat scallops dry.
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    • Sear scallops for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
    • In the same pan, melt butter.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Add lobster meat and cooked scallops back into the pan.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
    • Toss gently to coat everything in garlic butter.
  4. Serve
    • Garnish with chopped parsley.
    • Serve immediately with crusty bread, rice, or pasta.
