2️⃣ Shape & Fill
- Punch down dough and divide into equal balls.
- Flatten each ball.
- Add cheese in the center.
- Seal tightly and reshape into smooth rolls.
- Place on a greased baking tray.
3️⃣ Second Rise
Let rolls rest 20–30 minutes until slightly puffy.
4️⃣ Add Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Brush generously over the rolls before baking.
5️⃣ Bake
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush again with garlic butter immediately after baking.
🔥 Optional Upgrade (Bakery-Style Pull-Apart)
- Place rolls close together in a baking dish so they bake touching.
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top during the last 5 minutes.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for a bubbly golden top.
💡 Tips for Extra Soft Rolls
- Use warm milk instead of water.
- Don’t over-flour — dough should be slightly tacky.
