Here’s a quick, fun, and addictively delicious recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack!


🍪 Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

(also called “Monkey Bites” or “Biscuit Donut Bites”)

⭐ Makes: About 32 bite-size pieces

⭐ Ready in: 20 minutes


📝 Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (Pillsbury Grands or similar)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • Optional glaze:

    • ½ cup powdered sugar

    • 1–2 tbsp milk

    • ½ tsp vanilla extract


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a 9×13 baking pan.

2. Cut the biscuits

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters to make bite-sized pieces.

3. Make cinnamon sugar

  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

4. Coat the bites

  • Dip each biscuit piece in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar until fully coated.

  • Arrange them on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between pieces.

5. Bake

  • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed.

6. Optional glaze

  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Drizzle over warm biscuit bites.

  • Serve warm with a caramel or cream cheese dipping sauce.

  • Toss in extra cinnamon sugar while hot for extra crunch.
