Here’s a classic party-style Chipped Beef Cheese Ball—creamy, salty, savory, and great with crackers or veggies.


🧀 Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 packs (8 oz each) Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup chopped Beef (dried chipped beef or deli-style beef, finely chopped)
  • 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup green onions or chives (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but recommended)
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Mix base

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add flavor

  • Mix in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Add beef & extras

  • Stir in chopped chipped beef, green onions, and cheddar cheese (if using).

4. Shape

  • Form mixture into a ball (or log shape for easier serving).
  • Wrap in plastic wrap.

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (overnight is even better).

🍽️ Serve with

  • Crackers
  • Toasted bread slices
  • Celery sticks or cucumber slices

💡 Tips

  • The flavor gets stronger after chilling overnight.
  • If it feels too soft, add a little extra cream cheese or refrigerate longer before shaping.
  • You can roll the outside in extra chopped beef or herbs for a nicer presentation.
