Here’s a simple and tasty version of Cheesy Herb Quick Bread you can use for a post or recipe card:


🧀🍞 Cheesy Herb Quick Bread – Perfect for Any Meal!

A soft, savory quick bread loaded with melted cheese and fragrant herbs—no yeast needed!

🥣 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (or mixed herbs)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar works great)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: garlic powder, chili flakes, fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Add cheese and stir to coat evenly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil (or butter), and egg.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients—mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
  6. Pour into pan and bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm.
