A leaf that lowers diabetes, blood pressure, eliminates body pain, lowers cholesterol and improves blood circulation

That claim is not medically accurate. No single “leaf” can lower diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, cure body pain, and improve circulation all at once.

Those are marketing-style exaggerations commonly used in viral posts.

However, some leaves do have real health benefits when used as part of a balanced diet:
