🥞 Classic Fluffy Pancakes

Simple, soft, and perfect for breakfast or a quick treat!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    • In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla
  3. Combine
    • Pour wet into dry ingredients
    • Stir gently (small lumps are okay—don’t overmix)
  4. Cook
    • Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat
    • Pour batter (about 1/4 cup per pancake)
    • Cook until bubbles form, then flip
    • Cook other side until golden

🍯 Serve with

  • Maple syrup 🍁
  • Honey
  • Fresh fruits 🍓🍌
  • Butter 🧈

💡 Tips

  • Let batter rest 5 minutes for fluffier pancakes
  • Don’t press pancakes while cooking
  • Cook on medium heat to avoid burning
