Here’s a classic Chipped Beef Cheese Ball recipe—rich, savory, and perfect for parties or snacks:

🧀 Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar dried chipped beef (about 2.5 oz), finely chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp finely chopped green onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley or extra chipped beef (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prep the beef: Rinse chipped beef lightly to reduce saltiness, then pat dry and chop finely.
  2. Mix base: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  3. Add beef: Stir in most of the chopped chipped beef (save a little for coating).
  4. Shape: Form into a ball using plastic wrap or your hands.
  5. Coat: Roll the cheese ball in the remaining chipped beef or parsley.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (overnight is best for flavor).

Serving ideas

  • Toasted bread slices
  • Celery sticks or cucumber rounds
