🍗 Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of garlic-cheesy flavor 🤤
Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (or 4 small fillets)
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works best for extra crunch)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions:
- Prep chicken
Pound chicken breasts slightly so they cook evenly. - Make coating mix
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. - Egg wash
Beat egg with milk in a separate bowl. - Coat chicken
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then press into the Parmesan breadcrumb mix until fully coated. - Cook (choose one method):

Heat oil/butter in a pan and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.🔥 Oven:
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. - Finish
