Here’s a super easy 2-Ingredient Biscuits recipe—quick, fluffy, and perfect when you want something simple.


🥐 2-Ingredient Biscuits

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or whipping cream)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix dough

  • In a bowl, combine flour and cream
  • Stir until a soft dough forms (don’t overmix)

2. Shape biscuits

  • Lightly flour a surface
  • Pat dough to about 1-inch thickness
  • Cut into rounds (use a glass or cutter)

3. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
  • Place biscuits on a baking tray
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden on top

Soft, fluffy biscuits with a slightly crisp top—great with butter, jam, or gravy.


💡 Tip:

If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
