- 1 egg

- 2 tbsp cornflour or breadcrumbs

- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ cup filling (chicken, veggies, or mince)
- Oil or butter for greasing
🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the potato mixture
- Mash boiled potatoes until smooth
- Add egg, cheese, cornflour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Mix well until it forms a soft dough
2. Shape the nests
- Grease a muffin tray or baking dish
- Take small portions of the potato mixture
- Press into the tray to form cup/nest shapes
3. Add filling
