Ingredients:

  • 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
