Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8–10 small taco shells or tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, avocado

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add Seasoning & Rotel:
