Here’s a deliciously easy version of a Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie—perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers! 🍫🥜


Ingredients (serves 6–8)

  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (or graham cracker crust)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 6–8 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • Optional: chocolate syrup or extra mini Reese’s for topping

Instructions

  1. Make the filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream: Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
  3. Add chopped Reese’s: Stir in half of the chopped mini Reese’s.
  4. Assemble the pie: Spread the filling evenly into the chocolate crust.
  5. Top it off: Sprinkle the remaining chopped Reese’s on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving to set.

💡 Tip: For an extra indulgent version, melt some chocolate and swirl it on top before chilling.
