Ingredients:

  • 4–6 chicken pieces (legs, thighs, breasts)
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken:
    • Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours (or overnight) for tender, juicy meat.
