  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional for searing)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or panko (for the crunchy topping)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Optional sear: Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chops 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor.
  3. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Crockpot: Place pork chops in the slow cooker, pour sauce over them.
  5. Cook: Low for 4–6 hours or High for 2–3 hours, until pork is tender.
  6. Add crunch: About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle crushed cornflakes or panko over the chops. Cover and let the crunch set without cooking too long.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice, potatoes, or veggies.
